What brings you peace?
Life is filled with up and downs its not a smooth sailing sometimes happy sometimes sad ,so for me music is my pease .
Is happiness peace?
Music makes me happy and gives me a peaceful energy,if am sad or not in a good mood there’s nothing my favorite songs can’t fix.
I don’t even have to know the song, sometimes I first heard a song and it gives me a good feeling. Have you ever bin so angry but after listening music it brings a calm? Is yes then you have had that experience am talking about. Peace is achieved in many ways like if am smoking some ganja I feel peaceful,but music is what I recommend for true peace. Reggae music is a number one provider of peace it brings peace to your sole,it depends on the type of music and the mude your in. Positive music is granted to bring Positive energys and that will transform a peaceful vibration through your mind and body
