About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Music Promotions Manager to lead our promotional campaigns and artist development initiatives. You'll work directly with independent artists and major industry partners to create impactful marketing strategies that drive real results. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of music promotion at HarmENT.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive music promotion campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Build and maintain relationships with playlist curators, radio stations, and media outlets
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies for maximum ROI
- Lead a team of promotions coordinators and junior staff
- Collaborate with A&R and label services teams to align promotional efforts
- Manage artist liaison and ensure client satisfaction throughout campaigns
- Identify emerging trends in music marketing and implement innovative approaches
- Negotiate partnerships and sponsorship deals with brands and platforms
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in music promotion or artist management
- Proven track record of successful promotional campaigns
- Strong network within the UK music industry
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of streaming platforms and playlist ecosystems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Music Business, or related field preferred
