About the HarmENT writer catalogue
This page lists original, unrecorded songs written by the Harm Entertainment roster and made available to artists, labels, sync supervisors and A&R. Every entry shows the song title, the writer, mood and genre tags, the full lyric sheet and the usage term that applies to that specific song. Search by title, writer or a line you half-remember, then open the ticket. Only the opening lines of a lyric are public — the full sheet is released to signed-in HarmENT artist accounts, and every full-lyric view is logged against the account that opened it.
Usage terms, in plain English
- Green seal — free to use, provided you credit the writer exactly as listed.
- Amber seal — free to demo, but contact the writer before any commercial release.
- Crimson seal — a paid licence must be agreed before you record or release.
All lyrics remain the copyright of their individual writers. Reading a lyric sheet on this page does not transfer any right to record, perform, distribute or adapt the work. Rights are granted in writing only.
Common questions
Can I record a song from this catalogue?
Yes, subject to the seal stamped on that song. Green is free with credit, amber needs a conversation before release, crimson needs a licence first.
Why can I only see a few lines?
Publishing whole lyric sheets openly invites scraping and copying. The extract is public; the full sheet needs a free artist account, acceptance of the writer’s usage terms, and it is watermarked and logged when you open it.
Who owns the lyrics?
The writer credited on the ticket. Harm Entertainment lists the writing and introduces artists to writers; it does not take ownership of the words and is not the publisher, licensor or agent for the song.
Is Harm Entertainment liable if a lyric is copied or stolen?
No. HarmENT provides a listing and introduction service only and accepts no liability whatsoever for theft, scraping, plagiarism, leaking or copyright infringement by any user or third party, or for any loss of income, royalties, credit or opportunity. The sign-in gate, public extracts, watermarks and view logs are deterrents, not guarantees. What protection does a writer actually get?
A timestamped listing, public extracts only, account-gated full sheets, per-view watermarking with the viewer's email and time, and a server-side log of every sheet opened or downloaded. Listing remains at the writer's own risk — see the writer terms.

Use the writer's name exactly as shown on the ticket in your metadata, split sheets and artwork.

Right here. Every song on this page is original writing that has never been recorded or released, credited to a HarmENT roster writer, tagged by mood and genre and stamped with the term that says how you may use it.
How much does it cost to use a HarmENT lyric?
Green seal songs cost nothing beyond a written credit to the writer. Amber seal songs are free to demo, but terms are agreed with the writer before a commercial release. Crimson seal songs need a paid licence agreed in advance, with the fee shown on the ticket or quoted by the writer.
