How HarmENT LAB Works
The 80/20 artist-first model — no recoupment traps, no lock-ins. A worldwide guide to how a modern, ethical record label actually operates.

A curated collection of HarmENT LAB releases — selective, intentional, artist-first.
Apply to the LabelThe HarmENT Discography isn't a streaming dump or an algorithm-shuffled playlist — it's the working catalogue of every record HarmENT LAB has signed, developed, and pushed live. Each entry below represents months of A&R conversations, mix revisions, artwork sign-off, distribution scheduling, and a campaign plan built around the artist rather than the platform.
Browse the roster on the right to load any artist into the centre console. You'll see the latest release, embedded audio and video, the genre and territory we're working them in, and a direct line through to their full profile in the Artist Showcase. Everything you hear here was released under the same 80/20 split, the same no-recoupment terms, and the same artist-first contract — no exceptions, no hidden tiers, no sliding scales based on follower count.
If you're an artist weighing up labels, this archive is the most honest answer we can give you to the question “what kind of music do you actually back?” If you're a fan, supervisor, or playlist editor, every release here is cleared, properly metadata'd, and ready to license, sync, or share. Press play, dig in, and meet the people we're betting on.

Same toolkit our A&R team relies on. Free for every artist — no signup gated.
Every record on this page started life as an unsolicited submission, a producer referral, or an A&R outreach. We listen to everything in full — no 30-second skips, no inbox triage by intern. If a track survives the first listen, it goes to a second pair of ears, then a third, then into a roundtable where we argue about whether it belongs on the same shelf as the artists already signed.
That filter is the reason the archive grows slowly. We'd rather sign three artists a year and put a real campaign behind each one than fire-hose the catalogue and watch records die on release day.
A signed release means worldwide distribution, editorial pitching to Spotify and Apple Music, radio plugging in the relevant territories, paid social and short-form video campaigns, and a cleared sync-ready master sitting in our library for supervisors to license. Artwork, lyric videos, smart links, and pre-save pages are produced in-house at no cost to the artist.
You can read the full mechanics on the Label page, see live numbers in the Case Studies, or talk to the team direct via the Contact page. Nothing about how we operate is gatekept.
Every artist tile carries a direct Spotify link, a YouTube embed pulling the latest official video, and a route through to the artist's showcase profile where you'll find press shots, full bios, and contact details for licensing. Master and publishing rights are clean across the catalogue. If you need a stem pack, an instrumental, or a clearance letter for a specific record, contact the team and we'll turn it around inside two working days. We keep an updated one-sheet for every release in the catalogue, with BPM, key, mood tags, and writer splits ready to share on request.
HarmENT signs selectively. If your music belongs in this archive, we want to hear it. The 5-step application is short, honest, and read by a human.
