HarmENT LAB · Apply To The Label
A guided 5-step intake for serious independent artists. No submission fee, no demo gatekeeper, no scripted pitch deck — just a clean, considered conversation about whether HarmENT LAB is the right partner for your next 12 months.
This takes 3–5 minutes. We read every submission. Thoughtful answers get a real, human reply — not a copy-paste rejection. New here? Read how our label model works first.
Before You Apply
The artists who get a real conversation with HarmENT all turn up with the same materials. Get them sorted before you open Step 1 and you'll be done in five minutes flat.
If you don't have unreleased music, that's fine — but you'll need to be able to point us to a recent release that genuinely represents where you're going right now. We don't sign back-catalogues, we sign trajectories.
What a strong submission looks like
Weak
"yo sign me, music is fire 🔥🔥 link in bio"
— No clear name, no working links, no goals, no fit signal. Auto-rejected.
Strong
"Two unreleased private links, main Spotify profile, clear 12-month plan, honest about where I am right now."
— Reads in 90 seconds, gets a real reply.

How It Works · Start To Reply
We've kept the path between "I want to apply" and "I have an answer" as short as possible — but we won't shortcut the part where a real person reads your submission.
You apply
Five guided steps. 3–5 minutes. Validation built in so nothing important slips through.
PDF compiles
Your answers compile into a clean PDF on your own device. We never store form data on a server.
Email to HarmENT
One click opens your email client with the PDF ready to send to [email protected].
Real reply
A label team member replies within 7–14 days. Yes, no, or "not yet, here's why" — never silence.
The Application
Each step has a small intro telling you why we're asking. Click the ? next to any field for examples of strong answers and what we look for. We read every submission — one-word answers usually mean we're not the right fit.
Your answers stay on your device until you hit send. HarmENT does not store form data on a server.
What We Actually Look For
These are the five signals our A&R team weighs the heaviest. None of them are about how big you already are — they're all about whether you're going somewhere.
Release rhythm
Are you putting out music consistently and learning between drops? Sporadic releases tell us you're not ready for a label workflow yet.
Identity
Visual, sonic, written. Does your project look and sound like one project — or three different artists?
Production standard
Mix and master quality that holds up against the tier you're trying to compete in. Bedroom-quality files with bedroom-quality goals are fine; bedroom files with arena goals aren't.
Audience behaviour
Not follower count. Saves, repeat listens, comments that read like fans, not bots. We'd rather see 1,200 engaged listeners than 90,000 who never come back.
Self-awareness
Honest about where you are, what you don't know, and where you need help. The single highest-correlation signal with artists who succeed long-term.
Fit with our model
If you want a 360 mega-deal with a £200k advance, we're not the label. If you want an 80/20, transparent partnership for a 12-month cycle — we might be exactly it.

Not Quite Ready?
HarmENT isn't going anywhere. If you'd rather understand the label model in detail first, talk to us informally, or use our free tools to tighten up your release — all of that is one click away.
